Regenerative Coaching Therapy

The term ‘life coaching’ never really resonated with me. As it turns out, life coaching didn’t completely work for me anyway – even though I’m a certified life coach.

The unique method of meeting someone’s social needs in a healthy way, developed with my colleague as part of our unmet needs theory, combines elements of coaching, therapy and mentoring. Beyond that, the technique we use results in a powerful process of regeneration which led me to create the term Regenerative Coaching Therapy. I would love for you to experience it for yourself.
